How to build a home without a bulldozer
Construction equipment company Brythe has raised $10 million to build homes without a construction crane or bulldozer.
The California-based firm will partner with a developer to construct a three-story, four-bedroom home on a vacant lot in Sacramento’s West Hills neighborhood, Brythe said in a statement on Thursday.
The home, which is expected to open next year, will be the first Brythe project in the state.
The company’s first home is a two-story house in Fresno, Calif., which it completed in December.
Brythe has also invested in the construction of homes for veterans and military families, including the construction and renovation of a new veterans housing complex in West Sacramento.
