Bill Clinton to make history in Senate with historic speech on climate change — Recode

co construct has been one of the defining themes of Bill Clinton’s presidency.

But it will be the centerpiece of a major speech to be delivered by the former president to mark the U.S. ratification of the Paris climate agreement, his first speech since leaving office in January.

“The United States will lead the way in a global effort to keep our planet and our children safe and healthy,” Clinton said.

“Climate change is the greatest challenge we face.”

Clinton’s speech will also be his first since leaving the White House in January to address the issue of climate change.

The former president will deliver the keynote address at a global climate conference in Peru in April, which is expected to be attended by about 100 countries.

He will also attend a climate summit in France in May, where he will deliver a keynote address.

Clinton has been an outspoken advocate for addressing climate change and a key adviser on the U-turn on Keystone XL.

In a speech in January, Clinton called on the United States to take action on climate issues, and the country has moved to the U.-turn, including a $5 billion carbon tax.

The climate talks in Lima, Peru, in April and the next month in Paris will be key to ensuring that countries are serious about climate change commitments.
