How to get a job in construction industry?
The white construction industry is booming in Europe and in the United States, where the number of jobs in construction is growing faster than the rest of the economy.
It employs around 3.5 million people in the EU and around 4.6 million in the US.
However, the numbers don’t tell the whole story.
White construction workers are disproportionately women, and many have been struggling to make ends meet.
“There are many women in the construction industry, it’s the hardest job in the world, and women often don’t have the opportunity to make money as well,” said Mariella, an English teacher from Portugal who has been teaching for 20 years.
“If I can get into the construction business, that would be great, but it is hard to find a place that I can work.”
One of the reasons for this is the fact that the construction sector is so gender-specific.
For example, women earn less than men in construction, yet they are almost twice as likely to be employed as men.
For instance, the average hourly wage for women in construction was just $9.42 last year.
However it is more than double the average wage for men, $23.86.
“It’s very difficult to find the right job for women,” said Mariella.
“There are lots of people that are going to be in a position where they can’t even find a job.
It is difficult to hire a woman.”
The construction industry also has a high rate of absenteeism, meaning it’s hard for people to return to their homes after work.
For women, that is particularly problematic because the number one reason they go to work is to take care of their children.
“I think it is very important that they get home and take care for their children,” said one female construction worker, who asked to remain anonymous.
“We are very dependent on the children to provide for us.
They are the ones that we look after.”
Another reason women aren’t finding jobs in the industry is that the wages they make aren’t commensurate with the work they do.
According to research by the British Association of Employers (BAA), the average construction worker makes a little more than $100,000 per year.
That means women making the minimum wage in the UK earn $40,000 less per year than their male counterparts.
And they earn less per hour of work, too.
In addition to low pay, women are also often underrepresented in the workforce.
According a report from the American Association of University Women, around three-quarters of construction workers in the U.S. are women.
However there is a reason why this statistic is so important.
In the US, the number-one reason women are not hired is that they are not considered attractive enough for employers.
This is because it’s thought that a woman with more attractive features is seen as more attractive and desirable.
According to the BAA, only 15% of construction jobs are filled by women.
In fact, the majority of the jobs in white construction are filled only by white men.
But women in white-collar construction are making up for the gender gap in the labor market.
Research from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) has found that female graduates from white-capped British universities make up around 25% of new graduates, compared to only 9% of graduates from the most segregated British university, Trinity College Dublin.
This suggests that white-collared students are more likely to choose to go into construction rather than non-white-caped courses.
“The gender pay gap is really huge, so if we want to see it widen, we need to get more female students in the profession,” said co-author Sarah Smith.
“That is what the government is trying to do, and I think that is something that the LSE is starting to show.”
“It is a real shame that we have to fight so hard to be represented in the building industry, but we mustn’t lose sight of the fact we are human beings,” said a white-haired construction worker.
The lack of female representation in the sector is not limited to construction, however.
There are many other women who are unable to find work in the blue collar industries because they are under-represented in other sectors.
For instance, there are currently no female doctors or nurses in construction or on the boards of hospitals.
In addition, the construction boom is affecting the number and skills of female doctors and nurses.
Some of the barriers to being a female construction professional include: a lack of education, lack of professional certifications and a lack the financial means to pay for it.
The lack of women in a job can be especially damaging if you’re a woman who is from a minority group.
For those from disadvantaged backgrounds, a lack in education and lack of certification can leave you unemployed and in need of assistance.
For many women, the choice between education and certification
